Preparation

Cover all furniture & floors before work begins
Remove switch plate covers and vents
Fill any nail holes or cracks in the drywall, then sand smooth
Pole sand entire wall in between each coat of paint

Paint Scope of Work

Spot prime areas that need to seal the drywall before the top coat is applied
Perfect-cut lines and roller texture will be applied
Paint 2 coats of finish paint with selected colors

clean up & inspection

All furniture returned to its original position
Floors will be swept and or vacuumed
Leftover remaining paint will be labeled for future convenience
All waste and garbage will be collected and removed
